This course will look in-depth at the mechanics of PPB, exploring concepts, tools and techniques and providing practical guidelines on PPB implementation. The course addresses the key challenges of PPB and covers the context within which integrated public budgetary reforms are developed and implemented using international case studies. Participants will gain a practical understanding of how PPB can enhance the budgetary process in their own context.
